Si todos los servicios est\u00e1n pagados al d\u00eda y la propiedad est\u00e1 en buenas condiciones, el propietario devolver\u00e1 la cantidad completa del dep\u00f3sito el d\u00eda de la devoluci\u00f3n de la propiedad.<br><br><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><span class=\"OYPEnA text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Si hay alg\u00fan pago pendiente o da\u00f1o a la propiedad, el dep\u00f3sito cubrir\u00e1 los gastos que se generar\u00e1n para cubrir el pago de los servicios o el pago de los arreglos de los da\u00f1os causados.<br><br><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><span class=\"OYPEnA text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Si el monto para cubrir los da\u00f1os en la propiedad excede el monto del dep\u00f3sito, el inquilino tiene la obligaci\u00f3n de dar aquella diferencia.<\/span><\/p>\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h6
